Class Packages

  • A classic experience, geared towards the mainstream trend. Hands-on guided experience for your guests including the following:

    • 1-2 hr practical & technical cocktail instruction

    • quick dive into cocktail & spirit history

    • 2 classic, fan-favorite cocktails

    • all class tools, materials & ingredients **

    • a personal welcome and table maintenance from team

    • ** (venues with liquor license must provide own alcohol)

  • A mixologist level experience, this course takes our Claro Classic and adds a dose of seasonal creativity.

    • 1.5-2.5 hr practical & technical cocktail instruction

    • comprehensive look at cocktail & spirit history

    • 2-3 seasonal cocktails (customizable to venue)

    • additional instruction on seasonal prep & recipes

    • (optional) coordination for food pairing
